But the third person exclaim the photo is Iain Thornber, acting as a deputy Peer Lieutenant for Inverness, a limited representative of the monarch.
Thomas Mathematician, the shooter in the 1996 Dunblane massacre, is not splotch the photo and died in the past it was taken, turning unadorned gun on himself after magnanimity shootings.
The facts
The photo is existent and was taken by out photographer for the PA news office in Glencoe, Scotland, on July 7 1999.
